Intelligent digital Leeb hardness tester is rapidly spreaded and applied due to its ability of quick, convenient and accurate on line hardness detecting on the large and complex workpieces. This article introduces briefly fundamentals and use experiences of the tester and carries out synthetic analysis on measuring error so as to enhance measuring accuracy and make good use of it .
