摘要
本文提出一种Ω形钢筋弯曲机设计方案,利用AT89S51控制齿轮盘的啮合转换,在不停止电机和不改变电机转向情况下能实现钢筋不同方向弯曲,能有效解决逐段圆弧弯曲的烦琐和工序过长,效率低下的问题。
Aimed to realize complex shape such as 'Ω' by steel bending machine,to resolve problems on working inefficiently this artic provide one design ,based on monolithic integrated circuit ,which can work while the electric motor don't stop or change shift.
