摘要
基于ANSYS对ZLP800高空作业吊篮悬挂机构进行瞬态动力学分析,通过对悬挂机构在不同工况下的动力学求解,获得起升瞬间载荷对悬挂机构的动态冲击动力学响应,计算获得起升动载系数。同时,求解获得悬挂机构加速度、速度及位移曲线,并对曲线进行分析。
In this paper,a transient dynamics analysis of suspension mechanism of ZLP800 suspended access equipment is given based on ANSYS,and simplification of model,choice of FE element,boundary treat and solving are investigated and analyzed. The dynamics respond to suspension mechanism dynamic attack coming from a hoisting transient load is obtained,through dynamics solving of suspension mechanism in different working condition,and hoisting dynamic load coefficient is obtained via calculating. At the same time,acceleration,velocity,displacement graphs of suspension mechanism are drawn by means of FEM solving and an analyses are given to the graphs.
