摘要
目的 探索一种能直视、立体观察椎管内病变的有效手段。方法 在椎管内注射造影剂后使用螺旋CT 扫描,将数据输入GESunsparc workstation 20,用Navigator 软件包处理,形成椎管内的动态三维图像,通过仿真镜头的移动来观察椎管内的变化。用新鲜家猪脊柱与福尔马林液固定的成人尸体脊柱各2 条进行实验研究,并应用于13 例患者。结果 仿真椎管镜可从硬膜囊内清楚地观察到椎管的形态,马尾神经,尤其是神经根管及硬膜外压迫的立体形态。此方法达到其他纤维内窥镜由上至下观察的效果,甚至还可以逆行和环绕观察椎管的内部形态。结论 仿真椎管镜的应用成功,使检查椎管疾病变得更加直观、准确。
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) in detecting the lesions of the vertebral canal. Methods Two pigs spinal specimens obtained from pigs and two formalin fixed human spine specimens were used for the experimental study and then application was carried out in thirteen patients. CT scanning was done after injection of contrast agent. CT data were transferred to an independent workstation (GE Sun sparc workstation 20). A three-dimensional views of the spinal canal were produced with the software of navigator. Results The structures of the vertebral canal, cauda equina, neurodokon canal and epidural compression, could be clearly observed in three-dimensions through VEVC which had the ability to rotate or reverse in all directions. Conclusion VEVC succeeded in detecting pathologic conditions of the spinal canal in a more direct and distinct way.
