摘要
目的 了解兔腱细胞与碳纤维体外复合后植入体内形成肌键的可能性与可行性。方法 在体外腱细胞培养的基础上,将冻存、复苏后的传代腱细胞(N6) 与碳纤维体外复合形成人工活性材料后植入兔体内修复肌腱缺损,分期观察。结果 植入4 周后统计分析表明:自体与同种异体组腱细胞密度与胶原纤维含量差异无显著性意义,各组间细胞密度与胶原纤维含量呈正相关关系;腱细胞在碳纤维间增殖、合成Ⅰ型胶原,植入材料表面覆有光滑的表面结构。
Objective To investigate the possibility and feasibility of repairing injuried tendon with living artificial tendon. Methods A subcultured tendon cell line(N 6 ), which have been frozen with carbon fiber to form the artificial activated material, were implanted into the defect of tendon Achillis of rabbits and their relevant morphological changes were observed in different stages. Results Four weeks after implantation, there were no significant difference between the amount of tendon cell and content of collagen fiber in the two kinds of autogenous and homogenous of cells( P >0.05). The amount of tendon cell is significantly related to the content of collagen fiber in all groups. Tendon cells were detached from the carbon fiber and proliferated, and the synthesis of typeⅠcollagen among the carbon fiber were observed. Conclusion Tendon cell, autogenous and homogenous had the ability of proliferation and collagen synithesis after freezing.
