摘要
以BaO为催化剂,菜籽油为原料,对甲醇蒸气酯交换反应制备生物柴油进行研究,考察甲醇蒸气流量、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间及催化剂重复利用等因素对转化率的影响。通过单因素与正交试验确定最佳工艺条件为:甲醇蒸气流量1.80 L/min,催化剂用量(以菜籽油质量为基准)1.1%,反应时间1.5 h,反应温度65℃。在此条件下转化率可达96.17%,催化剂重复使用6次,转化率仍保持在60%以上。BaO固体碱对甲醇蒸气酯交换反应制备生物柴油有很好的催化活性,易于分离且具有良好的稳定性。
Using the BaO solid base as a catalyst and rapeseed oil as a raw material,the experiment was conducted to produce biodiesel by transesterification with gaseous methanol,and the effects of gaseous methanol dosage,the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature,reaction time and reusability of the catalyst on conversion rate were investigated.The optimum conditions were determined with the single factor and orthogonal tests.The results showed that the conversion rate of rapeseed oil was 96.17% under following conditions: gaseous methanol dosage 1.80 L/min,BaO solid base dosage 1.1%(on the basis of rapeseed oil mass),transesterification reaction temperature 65℃ and reaction time 1.5 h.The conversion rate still maintained above 60% after repeatedly using of the catalyst for 6 times.The BaO solid base catalyst had high catalytic activity,easy removability,and good stability.
