几种颇具潜力的特种植物油

Several promising special vegetable oils in China

选择了沙棘、元宝枫、紫苏、月见草及琉璃苣5种颇具潜力的特种植物资源进行介绍。对5种植物资源的生长特性、油的脂肪酸组成、所含活性成分以及各自的功能特性进行了详细介绍。希望能够因地制宜地种植这些植物资源,补充大宗油料供给的不足,发挥特种植物油的优势;在保护资源、回归自然的前提下,增加我国植物油供给量,提高人们的营养意识和健康水平。

Several promising plant resources of Hippophae rhamnoides L.,Acer truncatum Buge,Perilla frutescens（L.）Britt.,Oenothera biennis L.,Borago officinalis L.were introduced.The growth characteristics,fatty acid composition of the oil,active ingredient and functional characteristics of these resources were described in detail.Planting the resources could not only supply the deficiency of the bulk oilseeds,and exert the advantage of special oils,but also increase the quantity of vegetable oil and improve the people＇s nutrition awareness and health level under the premise of returning to nature and the protection of resources.
