从我国大学图书馆战略管理的提出入手,给出大学图书馆战略目标的定义、我国大学图书馆战略目标制定与调整的原则、战略目标要达到的要求。结合广东外语外贸大学图书馆战略目标制定与调整的实际,对引起我国大学图书馆战略目标调整的因素作出归纳。

This article starts from mentioning the university library strategic management in China, which gives the definition of university strategic objective, the principia for making and adjusting this objective and the requirements needed to be reached. By combining the reality of the strategic objective adjustment of the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies Library, it gives a conclusion to the elements which caused the adjustment of university library strategic objective.
