The Shortcomings of OA (Open Access) Resources Disclosure of China’s University Libraries and Strategy Research

通过对我国"211"高校图书馆开放存取资源的研究,发现了该资源建设中存在的不足,并提出了关于图书馆开放存取资源建设的策略。

Though the research on the OA resources in the libraries of China’s ＂211 Project＂ universities, this paper finds out some shortcomings in the process of resources construction, and proposes some strategies for library’s OA resources construction.
