以辽宁工程技术大学图书馆为例,采用服务管理的QFD设计理念,介绍了高校图书馆服务质量研究的现状,阐述了QFD理论与设计思想,探讨了高校图书馆基于QFD法的服务质量设计。

Taking the library of Liaoning Technical University as an example, and by using the design concept of QFD in service management, this paper introduces the present situation of the research on university library’s service quality, expounds QFD theory and design thought, and probes into the service quality design of university library based on QFD.
