摘要
通过分析当代高校图书馆员的素质现状,提出了新时期高校图书馆员应具备的素质要求,探讨了提高高校图书馆员素质的途径。
Through analyzing the present situation of contemporary university librarians＇ quality,this paper puts forward the requirements for librarians＇ quality in the new period,and probes into some paths for improving librarians＇ quality.
