The Development and Development of Foreign Language Periodical Resources in Special Library

对专业图书馆外文期刊资源利用现状进行了分析,从外文期刊工作人员的知识水平和服务质量不高、外文期刊馆藏不足、外文期刊资源的管理不够人性化以及读者自身原因等方面总结了影响外文期刊资源利用的原因,提出了有效开发外文期刊资源的方法。

This paper analyzes the present utilization situation of foreign language periodical resources in special library,sums up some factors influencing the utilization of foreign language periodicals from of the librarians＇ lower knowledge level and service quality,the deficient collection of foreign language periodicals,the inadequate humanity of periodical management,and the problems of readers their own,and puts forward some effective methods for develop effectively the foreign language periodical resources.
