The most important topic faced by the medical librarians is to re-examine the nature of the service of medical library and to relocate the development direction of the medical information service trades.Only making clear the differences of information demands of medical readers,the influences of network environment on library development and the new requirements to the service of librarians in the new period,can the comprehensive and sustainable development of medical library be achieved better.
