随着图书馆事业的发展,馆员的工作压力也在加大,难免会出现各种各样的心理问题。介绍了馆员心理健康的特点,阐述了影响馆员心理健康的因素,提出了关爱馆员的心理健康的措施。

Along with the development of librarianship,the working pressure on the librarians is increasing,so,various psychological problems would occur inevitably.This paper introduces the features of librarians＇ psychological health,expounds some factors influencing librarians＇ psychological health,and puts forward some measures for taking care for librarians＇ psychological health.
