摘要
针对大同煤田石炭二叠纪特厚煤层综采工作面因顶板压力大经常损坏液压支架而影响工作面安全生产的问题,运用液压支架工作阻力在线监测系统,预测工作面来压情况,以确定合理的推进速度,避免压架事故发生,确保安全生产,提高生产效率。
In the light of the problem that the hydraulic support are often damaged because of the high pressure of the roof of the full mechanized coal faces on super high seam of permo-carboniferous period in Datong coal field influencing the safety in production of the faces,the online monitoring system for working resistance of hydraulic support is applied to estimate the pressure condition on the faces and to determine a reasonable advance speed for avoiding an accident of support failure,insuring safety in production,and raising the production efficiency.
