促性腺激素释放激素神经元上钙通道和钾通道的电生理特性 被引量:1

摘要 哺乳动物的生殖是通过下丘脑、垂体和性腺三者之间完整的相互作用所调控的,促性腺激素释放激素(gonadotrophin-releasing hormone,GnRH)神经元作为中枢生殖调控体系的最终共同通路,其特性对生殖神经内分泌系统有重要作用。GnRH释放的脉冲式分泌是下丘脑GnRH神经元的特有属性,
