摘要 利用新鲜香菇及冷却肉为原料生产低温香菇火腿,使该产品具有独特的风味和良好的营养保健作用,市场前景广阔。 In this paper fresh shiitake mushroom and chilled meat were taken as main material to product pasteurized minced ham sausage,which has unique special flavor and nutrition and health function as well as broad market prospects.
