摘要
对桑白皮提取液进行了纳滤浓缩有效成分的研究,证明纳滤浓缩桑白皮提取液是可行的,通过测定不同压力下透过实验所得的纯溶剂通量、提取液通量和对桑根酮C的截留率曲线来分析纳滤过程的特点。桑根酮C料液浓度为0.2 g/L、操作温度为35℃、操作压力为3.2 MPa,桑白皮提取液浓缩到原液的1/10时,桑根酮C的截留率为85%。为纳滤浓缩有机溶剂提供了良好的研究依据。
Concentration of the root cortices of mulberry extracting solution with nanofiltration membranes was studied in this paper.This research proved that the root cortices of mulberry extracting solution concentrated by nanofiltration is effective.The results show that when the concentration of sanggenon C is 0.2 g/L,temperature is 35 ℃,pressure is 3.2 MPa and the volume is 1/10 of stock solution,the retention of sanggenon C is 85%.
