双水相体系萃取纤维素酶的研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究了聚乙二醇4000-硫酸铵(PEG4000/(NH4)2SO4)双水相体系中,PEG浓度、硫酸铵浓度及pH对从商品纤维素酶样品中萃取纤维素酶的影响。结果表明:双水相体系的质量组成为(NH4)2SO4 8%,PEG4000 26%,pH4.8时,分配系数K为5.21,萃取率为79.4%。 The effects of concentration of polyethylene glycol,ammonium sulfate and pH on extraction of cellulase from industrial cellulase in aqueous two-phase system of PEG-4000 and ammonium sulfate were studied.The results show that: The conditions of aqueous two-phase systems extraction are as folows: concentration of(NH4)2SO4 is 8%,concentration of PEG4000 26%,pH4.8,The partition coefficient K and the recovery rate were 5.21 and 79.4% respectively.
