摘要
针对NKA-9树脂对桑叶提取液中1-脱氧野尻霉素吸附适应性的应用研究,采用Langmuir方程进行吸附等温曲线拟合,得出方程为Cqee=0.1396-0.0025Ce,相关系数R2=0.9833,表明吸附符合Langmuir单分子吸附,即属于表面吸附。
Langmuir aggregation of DNJ from mulberry leaves on NKA-9 resin was studied.The aggregation of DNJ from mulberry leaves on NKA-9 resin obeys the Langmuir.Equation was=0.1396-0.0025Ce.R2=0.9833.Results showed that the absorption was line Langmuir adsorption of single molecules and the surface adsorption.
