摘要
目的:研究海南血桐提取物对自由基的抑制作用,以评价其抗氧化活性。方法:以Vc为阳性对照,采用流动注射化学发光法通过测量海南血桐提取物与鲁米诺-H2O2体系反应后的发光强度来评价海南血桐对自由基的抑制活性;采用分光光度法测量溶液吸光度的变化来研究海南血桐提取物对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子的抑制活性。结果:流动注射化学发光法发现海南血桐提取物在低浓度时对自由基的抑制活性强于相同浓度的Vc溶液;分光光度法发现海南血桐干叶子提取物对羟基自由基的抑制活性强于相同浓度下Vc的抑制活性。结论:海南血桐提取物具有明显的抗氧化活性,其中干叶子提取物的抑制效果最强。
Objection: Study on the inhibition activity to the free radical of the extracts from Macaranga hemsleyana,evaluating the antioxidation of Macaranga hemsleyana.Methods: Using Vc as a positive control,flow injection chemiluminescence was used to determine the antioxidant activity of extracts from stems and leaves of Macaranga hemsleyana,basing on the inhibitory effect of the extracts in the chemiluminescence reaction of the luminol-H2O2 system;meanwhile the inhibiting free ratio activity of these extracts for hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion was determined by spectroscopy.Results: Macaranga hemsleyana extracts have an obvious inhibition of free radical activity at low concentration,compared with the same concentration of Vc,detected by flow injection chemiluminescence,and dry leaves of Macaranga hemsleyana showed higher inhibition activity to hydroxyl radical than Vc at the same concentration,detected by spectroscopy.Conclusion: The extracts of Macaranga hemsleyana are with obvious antioxidation,especially dry leaves extracts.
