摘要
为了提高大孔吸附树脂对苹果多酚的分离效率并获得高质量产品,以总酚含量、产品纯度及活性作为指标筛选出高效的复合洗脱剂;并对比了简单洗脱和分步洗脱方式。结果表明:以含有3%柠檬酸的80%乙醇溶液作为洗脱剂进行分步洗脱是获得高质量苹果多酚的较好方法。结合目前常用苹果浓缩汁加工工艺所得的结果,可为同时获得苹果多酚副产品的新工艺流程设计提供依据。
To increase the efficiency of seperating apple polyphenols by macroporous resin and obtain high-quality products,the experiment sieved high-valid mix-eluent liquid in the index of the content of apple polyphenols,the product purity and activity.Simple seperation process and several-steps seperation process was compared.The result proved that the better way to obtain high-quality apple polyphenols was to use 80% alcohol solution with 3% lemon acid as eluent in the way of several-steps separation process.In the present study,the processing of apple juice concentrating was combined,the results obtained provide evidence for design a new process.
