Advance in structure,embedment forming ability of large cyclodextrins

摘要 大环糊精是一类由9个及以上葡萄糖残基连接而成的环状麦芽聚糖,与3种常见环糊精(α-CD、β-CD和γ-CD)相比,由于其分子环的尺寸较大,其结构和性质也表现出不同特性。从结构和包埋能力2个方面对大环糊精的最新研究进展进行概述。 Large cyclodextrins are cyclic malto-glucans with a degree of polymerisation higher than nine.Compared with the commom cyclodextrins of α-CD,β-CD and γ-CD,large cyclodextrins have new structural features and property due to their larger cavities.This review summarises the studies of the large cyclodextrins from two aspects of structure and embedment forming ability.
