摘要
为了检验电子舌在西湖龙井茶等级方面的辨识能力,用电子舌对2009年4种等级西湖龙井茶进行检测。计算了茶叶等级与传感器响应强度间的相关性,并建立了茶叶等级分类的Fisher判别模型。结果表明,传感器BA与茶叶的等级呈极显著的正相关关系,而BB与茶叶等级分类没有显著相关性;Fisher判别模型的准确性达90%。因此,电子舌在茶叶的生产加工、质量监控中有着巨大的应用潜力。
The study was aimed to detect the application of the electronic tongue on Westlake dragon well green tea's quality discrimination.Four grades of Westlake dragon well green tea in 2009 were detected by the electronic tongue(ET).The relationship between the grade and the response intensity of the sensors was computed and the Fisher discrimination model was built to classify the tea's grade.The results showed the sensor BA was strongly positively related with the grade,while BB was no significant relation with it.The accuracy of Fisher discrimination model reached 90%.So,the electronic tongue displayed great application potential in tea production and quality control.
