Inspiration of Scientific and Technical System Reform in Xinjiang and Other Provinces

通过对我国部分省区科技体制改革发展情况的了解以及对其改革经验的总结,结合新疆实际情况,对新疆科技体制改革提出建议。

In this paper we introduce the development of the reform of scientific and technical systems in some provinces and summarize the experience of reform.At last,integrating Xinjiang′s instance,we bring forward suggestions to the reform of scientific and technical systems in Xinjiang.
