摘要
结合管理学和组织行为学的基本原理,通过对某中国在泰投资化工企业的问卷调查,利用多元线性回归分析方法,构建在中泰文化背景下激励对员工行为影响的量化关系模型,并对检验结果进行分析和探讨。将中泰文化差异因素引入到传统的行为与激励关系模型研究中,为在泰国投资的中国企业制定激励机制和整合员工行为提供切实可行的管理思路,使员工行为与企业目标更加协调一致,有利于企业的可持续发展。
In accordance with fundamental principles of management and organizational behavioral science,a novel quantitative relationship model describing influences on employee behaviors from incentives based on Sino-Thai cross-culture is proposed in this paper by means of questionnaire survey in a China invested chemical enterprise in Thailand and subsequent multiple linear regression analysis,followed by elaborate analysis and discussion of test results.This paper introduces cultural differences between China and Thailand into the relationship modeling of employee behaviors and incentives,thus praticably contributes to management decisions for Chinese enterprises investing in Thailand in incentive system establishment and employee behavior integration,in favor of sustainability and consistency of employee and enterprise objectives.
