摘要
借助于人才区域集中度指标及人才使用效益系数的计算和分析,对福建省信息产业人才的空间分布状况、成因、趋势以及区域人才使用效益进行了研究,并得出结论,最后对福建省信息产业人才工作进行了相关思考。
The condition,causes and trends about spatial distribution and utility of regional IT industry talents in Fujian province were studied in this paper by means of calculation and analysis on concentration ratio of regional talents and its utility coefficient.Then a conclusion was made based on the above study.Finally,some thoughts on IT industry talents in Fujian province were given.
