摘要
在为获取和保持竞争优势的企业知识共享过程中,存在着企业与员工的相互博弈。据此建立一个完全信息的静态博弈,分析知识共享过程中企业与员工的行为,论述基于企业与员工博弈的知识共享影响因素,从企业和员工两个方面提出各自的知识共享对策。
A game between enterprises and employees exists in the process of knowledge sharing,which is the premise of enterprise competitive advantage.By means of a completely static game model,the article firstly analyzes the game process between enterprise and employee,then studies the determinants of knowledge sharing based on the game.Finally,the article presents some game-based countermeasures of knowledge sharing for enterprises and employees.
