摘要
计划是管理的依据和影响企业绩效的关键因素。通过分析传统关键链管理在实际运用中存在的缺陷,将精益价值的理念、小批量和拉动模式等融合到关键链管理中。形成包括:精益价值网络形成、网络优化、网络计划控制及计划实施的支撑条件四个方面的精益关键链管理体系,用以缩短总项目工期,提高计划的有效性和可控性。
Plan is the basis of project management and the critical factor of company performance.Critical Chain Method used for plan making is developed based on Critical Path Method,Project Evaluation and Review Technique with combination of Theory of Constraint by Dr.Goldratt,but there are still some disadvantages in practical management.In this paper,by analyzing the disadvantages of traditional Critical Chain Management,the philosophy of lean value,small batch and pull style are integrated into Critical Chain Management.A Lean Critical Chain Management system is formed including the formation of lean-value network,network optimization,the control of network plan and supportive factors to reduce total project time and improve effectiveness and controllability of plan.
