植入人眼人工晶体表面附着物的形态学观察

Observation under LM and SEM on intraocular lens after implantation

目的：观察植入人眼人工晶体（ＩＯＬ）表面膜和细胞成分，探讨治疗方法和了解后发障的发病因素。方法：因脱位、大泡性角膜炎和复发性葡萄膜炎，手术取出之ＩＯＬ，进行光镜、电镜检查，观察ＩＯＬ表面膜的性质及细胞成分。结果：ＩＯＬ表面膜为蛋白质性，有少许巨噬细胞、多核巨细胞、晶体上皮细胞、晶状体纤维及纤维母细胞。结论：人眼晶体表面巨噬细胞。

Objective:To explore therapeutics and cause of after cataract by study the compositon of surface membrane and cell of IOL.Methods:We check the composition of surface membrane and cell of IOL with light and electron microscope which is dislocated or in the eye of bullakeratitis and recurrent ureitis.Results:The quality of IOL'surface membrane is protein.There are several macrophages,multinuclear huge cells,lens epithelial cells and lens fibres.Conclusions:The macrophages and lens epithelial cells are far more connective with the postoperative obscurity of post lens capsule.
