摘要
中职学校服装专业顶岗实习一般采用"2+1"模式、"短频快"模式和"四段制"模式,三种模式明显存在缺陷。以中职课改为背景,中职服装专业应在体现共性的、强化专业基础技能的大指导方案的框架下,增加针对服装现有各工种的细化方案,将顶岗实习内容细化到具体的项目课程中,同时采取订单式人才培养模式,搭建校内外多层次、多形式的顶岗实习平台,以顶岗实习完成情况作为学生专业技能考核的质量依据。
The post practice of costume specialty of secondary vocational school usually adopts the "2+1"model,"short,frequent and fast"model and"four-phase"model,and all the three models face with some problems.Under the background of curriculum reform,the costume specialty of secondary vocational education should increase detailed plan aiming at every working type of costume specialty,minute the contents of post practice into material project courses,adopt ordering form talent cultivation model,build multi-level and multi-mode post practice platform and take the completion situation of post practice as the standard for specialty skills evaluation under the framework of big guidance plan embodying common and strengthening specialty basic skills.
