高职院校建立技术研究开发中心的实践与思考

Practice and Consideration on the Construction of Technological Research Center of Higher Vocational Schools

面向地方行业企业发展需求,依托高职院校建立技术研究开发中心,是促进校企双赢的新举措。技术研究开发中心通过研发活动为教学科研服务,通过委托开发、技术服务、成果转化直接为社会服务,同时获得经济效益。其组织形态是建立"科研-教学-学习"的连结体,以项目为引领,以工作过程为导向,培养学生工程能力;其性质是属于学校的基层学术组织,实行理事会(董事会)领导下的中心主任负责制。

The construction of technological research center facing to the demand of local industries and enterprises is a new measure for fostering dual-win of school and enterprise.The technological research center can serve for teaching and research through research and development activities and serving for society and producing economic benefits through commission development,technological serving and fruits transformation,and its organization modality is：building the interlink entity of scientific research-teaching-learning,trying to cultivate students＇ engineering abilities through project-guided and working process-oriented;its nature belong to basic academic organization of school and carry out the center director responsible system under the lead of council（directorate）.
