摘要
我国高职院校大都实行"双证书"制度,旨在推进人才培养与社会需求的对接,但在其职业技能鉴定工作中还面临诸多问题,主要表现为学校课程设置和教学内容与国家职业标准还没有很好地融合;职业技能鉴定的等级设置不够合理,学生不能跨级申报;培训和鉴定一套人马,难以体现鉴定公平;单纯追求鉴定数量,忽视鉴定质量。健康推进高职院校职业技能鉴定工作应遵循教学内容与国家职业标准相一致原则,坚持考培分离,允许高职生跨过中级层次直接申报高级,同时要严肃考场纪律,确保鉴定质量。
The work of professional skills identification faced with various problems,which embody in the following:the curriculum setup and teaching contents don't integrate well with national professional standard;the ranking of professional skills identification isn't reasonable;the training and identification are done by the same staff and can't embody equality;only seek identification quantity and ignore identification quality.To solve these problems,the following principles should be complied:consistence of teaching contents with national professional standard,separation of examination with training,allow secondary vocational school students to apply for high-level certificate directly,etc.
