Status Quo and Implication of Global Open Access Repositories

以开放存取知识库为依据,对开放存取知识库的建设和发展情况研究发现:开放存取(OA)知识库是重要的免费学术资源;OA知识库的运行主要以DSpace和Eprints两大软件为基础;OA知识库中数字资源类型丰富,涵盖了所有学科领域。因此,要充分利用OA知识库中的学术资源,加速推进我国OA知识库的实践研究并开展OA知识库的评价研究。

Taking OpenDOAR as basis,the study on construction and development of Open Access（OA） repositories demonstrates that： OA repositories are important free academic resources;the construction of OA repositories is mainly on the basis of Dspace and Eprints;resource types of OA repositories are plentiful and cover all subject fields.Therefore,it is necessary to make full use of academic resources of OA repositories,accelerate the study on the practice and evaluation of OA repositories in China.
