摘要 通过SHS结合准等静压法(PHIP)得到了TiC/Ni/TiC材料,在SHS过程中,Ni沿试样厚度方向向两层TiC中对称渗流,在每层TiC当中,Ni呈梯度分布,材料的硬度(HRA)从中心向两边呈对称分布。理论上分析了Ni在两层TiC中呈梯度分布所需的渗流动力。 TiC/Ni/TiC multilayer composite material was produced by selfpropagating hightemperature synthesis and pseudohot isostatic pressingNi infiltrates along the thickness of the sample from the centre to two TiC layersThe infiltration pressing was analysed when Ni distributed gradually in the TiC layer Hardness values (HRA)are also measured in the TiC/Ni/TiC multilayer composite
