摘要
针对ZK61M镁合金锻件存在的条状缺陷,通过低倍组织、显微组织、扫描电镜以及能谱分析等多方面进行了组织分析,确定镁合金锻件中的条状缺陷实质为Zn-Cr化合物初晶,并对化合物初晶的形成机理、影响因素和工艺改进措施进行了阐述。
The strip form defects existed in ZK61M magnesium alloy forgings have been analyzed by macrostructure-scope,microstructure-scope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer.The result shows that the strip defects are primary segregation of Zn-Cr.The forming mechanism and effective factor of the primary segregation have been investigated.The improved technology has been discussed.
