立吊式阳极氧化铝材预处理工艺改进

Improvement of pretreating technology for aluminum anodizing with hanging transportation

摘要 原来的立吊式阳极氧化铝型材预处理工艺需用7个处理槽,处理周期长达17 min,铝损多,能耗大。采用新的预处理液ZT-1将脱脂、碱洗、中和三工序功能集于一体。新处理液技术的工艺简单、只需要3个处理槽,处理周期缩短4 min,且节能、降耗、环保。并且通过试验表明,新预处理液的去污能力强,对铝合金型材阳极氧化膜的外观、膜层厚度、封孔质量没有负面影响,有些质量指标超过了原工艺生产的阳极氧化铝合金型材的质量指标。 The pretreatment technology of the aluminum anodizing with hanging transportation should use 7 bath troughs.So,the pretreatment cycle is long to 17 min,the aluminum loss is great and the energy consumption is high.A new kind of bath of ZT-1 has been adopted and made the degreasing,alkaline cleaning and neutralizing processes into one.The new bath gets the technology sample,only 3 troughs to be used and the treating cycle is shorted to 4 min.Besides,this technology saves energy,reduces aluminum consumption and protects environment.The testing result shows that the bath ZT-1 possesses strong decontamination,it has no negative effects on the appearance of the anodized aluminum profile,anodizing thickness and sealing quality.Some quality indexes of anodized aluminum profile are higher than that produced by the traditional anodizing way.
