镀锌钢丝铅炉余热综合利用

Waste Heat Utilization in Galvanized Steel Wire Lead Furnace

摘要 钢丝镀锌过程中的热处理工艺是能源消耗的主体。伴随工艺过程的进行,大量能量转换为热能散发到周围环境,造成严重的能量浪费和热污染。计算表明,这类热处理工艺的系统能源利用率通常只有25%左右。作者在对某钢丝镀锌厂进行节能技术改造后,经过科学的考察和测算证明,钢丝镀锌及类似的热处理系统存在着相当可观的节能潜力。 In the process of steel galvanization,heat treatment technology is the subject of energy consumption.With the process going on,a lot of energy converts into heat and distributes into the environment,causing serious energy waste and thermal pollution.Calculation results show that energy efficiency of such heat treatment process system usually reaches only about 25%.This article is based on the experience of a steel galvanized plant's energy-saving technology reconstruction.Scientific investigation and measurement certificates that considerable energy saving potential exists in steel galvanization and similar heat treatment systems.
