摘要
介绍了现有的催化裂化装置与2号气体分离低温热利用系统、焦化装置低温热利用系统、一联合装置与原油罐区低温热利用系统的实施效果及存在问题,根据炼油装置低温余热"温度对口、梯级利用"的原则,提出了优化完善措施;分析了装置内尚未回收利用的低温热热源及热阱的情况、节能潜力及利用措施。
The present status of three low-temperature heat recovery systems in SINOPEC Shijiazhuang Company, FCC unit plus No.2 gas separation unit, delayed coking unit and No. 1 complex unit plus crude tank farm, was introduced and some optimization measures based on the "temperature counterpart and gradient utilization" principle were proposed. Besides, the status of unrecovered low-temperature heat sources and heat sinks in units, the measures for potential energy saving were analyzed.
