摘要
目的了解多动倾向儿童的自我意识水平,为防治儿童多动症的发生提供科学依据。方法以包头市某小学333名学生作为调查对象,运用Conners教师量表(简化版)及Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表对其进行问卷调查。结果多动倾向组儿童在自我意识焦虑方面的评分明显高于正常组儿童(P<0.05),而正常组儿童的智力学校评分明显高于多动倾向组(P<0.05)。自我意识中行为、外貌属性、意识焦虑为儿童多动倾向的危险因素,而智力学校是其保护因素。结论具有多动倾向的儿童自我意识水平较差,今后在治疗多动症患儿时同时要注意自我意识的提高。
Objective To explore the level of self-consciousness of children with hyperactivity tendency and to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment.Methods A primary school of Baotou were surveyed,333 students were randomly selected as the research object,using Conners teacher scale(simplified version)and Piers-Harris children's self-consciousness questionnaire(PHCSS)for teachers and children.Results Compared with the normal group,scores of anxiety of the PHCSS were significantly lower in the group of children with hyperactivity tendency(P0.05),and the scores of intelligence of the PHCSS were significantly higher in the group of children with hyperactivity tendency(P0.05).By single factor and logistic regression analysis,behavior,appearance and anxiety of the PHCSS were risk factors for the children with hyperactivity tendency,and intelligence and school condition was protection factor.Conclusion The level of self-consciousness of children with hyperactivity tendency is poor,thereby treatment the children with hyperactivity tendency should notice their self-consciousness enhancement.
