武汉市1050名儿童屈光不正影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors for Eyesight Disorders Among 1050 Children in Wuhan

目的了解儿童屈光不正的影响因素,为儿童时期视力的预防保健提供依据。方法采用美国伟伦SureSight手持验光仪,共检查武汉市妇幼保健院门诊1050例10岁以下儿童的视力状况,采用SAS软件进行统计处理。结果不同年龄组间视力状况差异有统计学意义,男女间视力差别无统计学意义,顺产与否、足月与否对视力的影响无统计学意义;双眼散光、双眼近远视差异均有统计学意义。结论应做好儿童视力检查,早发现影响儿童视力的因素,消除不良影响。

Objective To analyze factors influencing children＇s eyesights disorders,and to provide evidence for the children＇s eyesight protection.Methods Apply the SureSight manual optometry,and the eyesight diagnostic standard in china;examined the optical status of 1 050 children aged beneath ten.Applying SAS software for statistics.Results There were statistical significant difference of eyesight between different age groups,but no statistical significant difference between groups of eutocia or not and mature or not.There was statistical significant difference of astigmatism,myopia and hypermetropia.Conclusion Eye-sight examination should be well done,to find out the influencing factors so as to eliminate the bad effect on children＇s eyesight.
