舟山市海岛中小学校医及卫生室配备情况分析

Analysis of Disposition of Doctors and the Health Clinics in Primary and Secondary Schools on Islands of Zhoushan City

目的了解舟山市海岛中小学校医(保健教师)及卫生室配置的基本情况,为促进学校卫生工作奠定良好的基础。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对舟山市全部海岛中小学校医(保健教师)及卫生室配置情况进行调查。结果海岛中小学生与校医的配备比例为509∶1;医疗专业毕业人员占25.00%;45岁以上的卫生人员占到45.00%;无独立的卫生室占36.54%;卫生室器械不达标的占52.00%。结论舟山市海岛中小学校卫生专业毕业的校医人员较少。加强校医队伍的管理,解决卫生室必配器械设备配置问题,是做好学校卫生工作的前提。

Objective To learn the basic conditions of primary and secondary school doctors（health teachers）and the dispositions of their health clinic in island of Zhoushan city,and to provide basis for setting up related working strategy and promoting the development of school health work.Methods By questionnaire survey,school doctor and the disposition of the health clinic in primary and secondary schools were surveyed on the island of Zhoushan City.Results The ratio of primary and secondary students to the school physician was 509∶1;only 25.00% school doctors graduated from medical colleges;School doctors who were over the age of 45 accounted for 45.00%;No separate clinics accounted for 36.54%;Equipments of health clinic accounted for 52.00%.Conclusion School doctor graduated from medical colleges are fewer in primary and secondary schools on the island of Zhoushan City.Strengthening the management of school doctors＇ team and improving equipment device configuration problem of the health clinic.
