退火态Fe-Si-B非晶合金恒导磁性能研究 被引量:10

Research on constant permeability property of annealed Fe-Si-B amorphous alloy

摘要 对退火Fe78Si9B13非晶合金部分晶化后的恒导磁特性进行了研究。结果表明,对于Fe78Si9B13非晶态铁基合金,随着退火温度的升高和退火时间的延长,晶化相逐渐增多。在适当温度经一定的时间退火后,初始磁导率和最大磁导率均逐渐减小,磁化曲线呈现出一定的线性关系,即合金呈现恒导磁特性。这种特性是由于表面晶化引起的体积收缩,给内部未晶化层施加了压应力,导致内部的磁畴横向排列,使合金产生恒导磁现象。 Constant permeability characteristics of annealed Fe78Si9B13 amorphous alloys crystallization were studied.The results show that with increasing the annealing temperature and time, crystalline phases of Fe-based amorphous alloy Fe78Si9B13 are gradually increased.After certain time at the appropriate annealing temperature, the initial and maximum permeability rates are decreased.At the same time magnetization curve shows a linear relationship, and constant permeability properties of the alloy are showed.These features are due to the shrinkages caused by surface crystallization, and compressive stress is imposed on internal amorphous layer.So internal magnetic domain is horizontal arrangement, and the phenomenon of the alloy constant permeability is generated.
