摘要
针对65Mn钢圆锯片淬火后硬度不均现象,分析了锯片的化学成分、原始组织及淬火后的组织及硬度。结果表明,65Mn钢锯片原材料的成分设计和铸坯偏析是造成锯片基体淬火硬度不均匀的两个主要原因。通过采用中间包钢水低过热度浇注和合理的成分设计,显著改善了淬火硬度不均匀问题。
Aimed at the phenomenon of non-uniform quenching hardness of 65Mn steel circular saw blade, the chemical composition, original microstructure and the microstructure and hardness after quenching were analyzed.The results show that the composition designed of the 65Mn steel raw materials and the ingot blank segregation is major causes leading to non-uniform quenching hardness.The non-uniform quenching hardness greatly improves by adopting tundish liquid steel low superheat casting and reasonable composition design.
