摘要
通过对某烧结厂一台烧结机的热工测试,分析了该烧结机在已有余热回收系统的条件下进一步增大余热回收的潜力,提出了对烧结机尾部高温段和冷却机中、低温段未利用余热的合理利用方案,并提出了多技术综合回收利用烧结余热的方法。
Based on the thermal testing of a sinter machine in a sintering plant, the potential of residual heat recycling for the sinter machine in the condition of existing waste heat recycling system was analyzed, the scheme of reasonable utilization of non- utilized heat in the high temperature section of sinter machine discharge end and in the medium & low temperature section of circular cooler was proposed, and methods for comprehensive utilization of sinter residue heat with multiple technologies were also put forward.
