摘要
在设计使用磁铁精矿的链篦机-回转窑上配加巴西赤铁精矿生产球团,是国内很多球团企业都在努力攻克的技术难题。为了寻找提高巴西赤铁精矿配比的技术途径,我们在理论分析的基础上,结合日钢球团生产的实际情况,进行了配加转炉污泥等高亚铁工厂返回料的尝试,取得了球团矿质量改善,产量提高,能耗和成本降低的良好效果。我们认为,配加转炉污泥是解决全巴西赤铁精粉生产球团的一条有效途径。
To use Brazil hematite concentrate in the grate-rotary kiln system which is designed to use magnetic concentrate is a technical challenge for all pellet producers in the country. In order to seek for the technical ways to increase the proportion of Brazil hematite concentrate, on the basis of theoretical analysis, and in combination with the actual condition of pellet production in Rizhao Steel Co. , Ltd, adding high ferrite plant returns such as converter sludge was tried, the pellet quality is improved and output is increased, the energy consumption and cost are reduced. We think that adding converter sludge is an effective solution to pellet production with all-Brazil hematite concentrate.
