基于组件振型综合法的TBM盘形滚刀模态分析 被引量:3

Modal analysis of TBM disc cutter based on component mode synthesis

摘要 根据盘形滚刀的结构特点,利用组件振型综合法对盘形滚刀进行模态分析,采用动态子结构法建立子结构的有限元模型,提取滚刀的固有频率与振型。通过仿真与试验对比可知,仿真结果与实测数据比较接近,说明组件振型综合法可以较好地应用于盘形滚刀的低阶模态分析中。该方法极大地简化了滚刀模型,同时又保证了模态分析的精度。 According to the structural characteristics of the disc cutter,modal analysis of the disc cutter was carried out by using component mode synthesis(CMS).The finite element model of the substructure was established by using dynamic substructure method,and the natural frequency and the vibration mode of the cutter were extracted.The experiment results showed good agreement with the numerical simulations,which indicates that the component mode synthesis can be applied to the low order modes analysis of TBM disc cutter.The method simplified the disc cutter greatly as well as guaranteed the precision of the modal analysis.
