摘要
行星机构软启动装置是应用行星轮系的功率分流的特点,实现重型恒转矩负载的启动与调速。分析了采用液压制动器的行星机构软启动装置的工作原理,并根据液压传动和相对运动原理,建立了系统的动力学方程,得出了液压制动器所需的制动力矩。通过分析得知,调节液压系统节流阀的开度,可实现恒转矩负载的等加速启动,并且液压制动器最大瞬时制动功率应大于负载功率。该研究为新型软启动装置的控制与液压元件的选型提供了理论依据。
The planetary-mechanismed soft starter realizes start-up and speed regulation for heavy constant loading by using power split of planetary gear train.Based on analyzing the working principle of planetary-mechanismed soft starter with hydraulic brake,and according to theories of hydraulic transmission and relative movement,dynamic equations of the system were established and the braking torque required for applying to hydraulic brake was deduced.The analysis indicated that the constant loading could be started with uniform acceleration by regulating the throttle opening.Finally,it is concluded that the instantaneous maximum braking power of the hydraulic brake was more than the power of the load.The study provides theoretical references for the control of new-type soft starter and the selection of hydraulic components.
