浮法玻璃熔化过程热量消耗的DTA研究 被引量:4

DTA Research on Energy Consumption of Float Glass During Melting

摘要 采用平均K线法结合差热分析(DTA)定量研究了某厂浮法玻璃配合料从80℃到1 350℃过程中的熔融特性和不同阶段的能量消耗,为优化配合料,降低玻璃熔制过程中的能量消耗提供一种可行的方法。 Average K line method was put forward,melting character and energy consumption of float glass batch of a factory from 80 ℃ to 1 400 ℃ were studied quantitatively using differential thermal analysis(DTA) method.A possible method is raised for optimizing batch and decreasing energy consumption during glass melting process.
