稀土掺杂对硅酸盐玻璃粘度及热膨胀性能影响 被引量:4

Effect of Rare Earths on Viscosity and Thermal Expansion of Silicate Glass

摘要 为了研究稀土掺杂对硅酸盐玻璃性能的影响,利用传统熔融冷却法制备了稀土掺杂的Na2O-CaO-SiO2玻璃,通过旋转粘度仪和热膨胀仪测试了该玻璃的粘度、热膨胀系数、转变温度和软化温度,同时根据阿伦尼乌斯方程计算了该玻璃的熔制温度及粘程活化能。结果表明:稀土掺杂降低了Na2O-CaO-SiO2玻璃的粘度,提高了该玻璃的热膨胀系数;该玻璃的转变温度、软化温度、熔制温度和粘程活化能与稀土阳离子场强之间没有一定的规律性。 Viscosity,coefficient of thermal expansion,glass transition temperature and dilatometric softening temperature of soda-lime-silicate glass doped with rare earth oxides were investigated by the rotating crucible viscometer and dilatometry,the melting temperature and activation energy for viscous flow of the studied melt were derived on the basis of Arrhenius Equation,in order to reveal the effects of rare earth elements on the behavior of soda-lime-silicate glass.The results show that introduction of rare earth oxides increase the coefficient of thermal expansion,decreases viscosity of soda-lime-silicate glass.The glass transition temperature,dilatometric softening temperature,melting temperature and activation energy for viscous flow of soda-lime-silicate glass doped with rare earth oxides do not increase with increasing cationic field strength of corresponding rare earth ions.
